Why subscribe?

On my 21st birthday, a friend told me I should create a newsletter. In the months prior to that, two writers who I loved left their jobs and set up newsletters to keep up-to-date with them. I’m not sure how up-to-date about me you all need to be, but I thought it sounded like a nice idea. A place for the little things that aren’t complete enough for publishing elsewhere, but deserve some love on their own too; a place for learning, as I embark on masters degree and a move across-the-pond; a place for sharing nice things that bring light to the day. A place to enjoy the details. That’s what I hope, at least.

What they’ll be

They’ll probably be at least 500 words long, longer might depend on the day, or the week, or the month. Or it might depend on what people are willing to put up with. We shall see in the coming days (or weeks, or months), won’t we?

I’m hoping for every other Sunday, to begin with. They’ll be free. They could be about anything.
